MENTORING PROGRAMME
Members can develop their business and get regular advice from an experienced mentor
How does it work?
As part of our commitment to sharing best practice, supporting business owners and promoting collaboration we have created a Mentor Programme.
This is designed to connect people who have specific skills and knowledge (mentors) with individuals (mentees) who would like to learn from them and gain insights on how to best develop their business.
The programme is exclusively available and included in ICAP membership.

Caroline Crabbe
Caroline is the highly experienced General Manager for Jo Jingles; one of the leading music and movement class providers, with an established presence across the UK
Theo Millward
Theo is the Managing Director of multi-award winning national swim school business Swimtime, which teaches thousands of children every week up and down the country.
Victoria Jennings
Victoria is the Founder of Bloom Baby Classes. With experience taking on staff, franchise expansion, managing a network and growth overseas she has created a thriving business.
Helen Gillies
Helen is the Founder of Tots Play, an award winning multi-activity, development play classes for baby and toddlers. She now overseas a national network of teachers.
Rebecca Hope
Rebecca worked as a headteacher with over 20 years in the education sector before launching and growing her own successful children's activity businesses.
Laura Skilton
Laura is Founder and Managing Director of the highly successful swimming business Baby Squids. She now supports a network of swim teachers across the south of England.
